Our journey began over a decade ago when Columbus native Dustin Parson embarked on a path of mastering the plumbing trade. After years of union pipe fitting and obtaining his State Plumbing Contractor's License, Dustin officially launched Parson Plumbing in 2019. What started as just a side hustle to support his family has become the go-to plumbing company for hundreds of Columbus neighbors.

Parson Plumbing and Drains has continued to grow thanks to a really simple idea: 

 

Just fix the problem at hand. 

 

Dustin came to this "novel" idea in the early days, when he was still operating out of his family's Toyota Sienna and storing spare parts around their dinky apartment. As his list of regular customers grew, he noticed a theme. Countless horror stories from customers who had experienced price gouging, upselling, and high-pressure sales from a variety of home service providers. Dustin quickly realized there was a true desire for something different in the community - and what set his business apart was pretty simple: transparent and experienced plumbers who would just... well, be plumbers! Not salesmen.

Thanks to the support of a growing list of happy customers and sticking to this philosophy, Parson Plumbing now boasts a small fleet of well-equipped vehicles and a team of skilled plumbers, making us a full-service plumbing company you can rely on to meet your needs, without the unwanted extras.​
